Thanks for the heads up on the 242 . I went and had a look . very tidy considering its age . Looked in better nick than my old one I had yonks ago !  Throttle was a bit sticky for a few seconds then settled down to a proper idle . Choke needs reconnecting , apart from that its a goodun ! 

Now to get it off to Spud for a port job and a yellow sticker !
