Gum and Mountain Ash I believe.   I have read stories of verified near 400 footers in the early days logging in Aus and NZ. 

We have a fair amount of Gum here in NorCal, and I can tell you from experience that it is some extremely hard and heavy wood. Wonderful trees to work in, but they can really kick your ass if your not careful.  

Checkout Dave Coleman or Ace Tree Service vids. Some serious mofo's wreaking big wood down under. Amazing stuff!
