Clocking in

Recommended Posts

Anyone else run this system? Thought I would give this a wizz so the "last in first out" brigade were penalised  accordingly. Seems a fairer way of keeping track of hours and rewarding those that put in that extra bit of time. What say the Arbtalk collective?

Haven't  seen one in use since I was 18, I lasted 2 weeks before I told the boss to stick his job up his arse. Fair enough if like yourself you've got quite a few lads on the books.

Personally this makes the good guys feel not trusted and resentful while the lazy and sneaky will remain just that.
Reprimand the bad and reward the good.

One of our team leaders has suggested it as he doesn't like being the one constantly bollocking the guys.. I didn't want to go down that route but that unit is pretty inexpensive.. Let us know how you get on with it.
