Specialist emergency/ dangerous tree teams?

I am wondering if there are any teams/ contracts out there for this type of work. I'm not looking for anything full time but more of a permanent emergency call out roll?

Recently I've had a lot of experience dealing with dangerous, windblown, and down right big trees with serious underlying problems. I can't remember the last day without a 32" bar.

I am a climber with a lot of rigging experience and my current contracting has a huge variety of works and interesting situations! But I want to specialise in the world of dangerous, head scratching and weird!

Any help would be ace as I don't want to get to the point where I don't feel like I'm progressing.

Not sure theres a massive market for something like this in the UK.  I know in america there are plenty of 'storm chasers' but here such work is few and far between, with most companies being perfectly happy to take it on themselves anyway.  Admire your enthusiasm to challenge yourself though [emoji106]
Yes that's what I'm finding, just why I thought about preaching to a more on call type of position as I realise there's not much of it.

Just wondered if there was gaps for anyone with all the correct tickets and experience / enthusiasm that people like national rail may be interested in.

Worth a try :)

No chance of that stem standing up, completly Rotten root and had the majority of plate taken off with a digger, the stem I had my weight on was also severed so even if it rolled that wouldn't of gone with it.
Severed the root plate just shortly after that and couldn't even push it Back in with a 5t digger!

Have you thought about joing DART, your skills may be really useful, myself and my work colleague have recently applied after working alongside the DART team lads on the Makita stall at the APF, as they said, your sat on your sofa watching this stuff on the news, it always seems to happen to the people in the world with nothing, they need your help...get off your sofa!
