Must admit I often have problems getting Arbtalk but it's normally back a few hours later.

Long threads like Silky's take a long time to load

I find silkys thread longer to load and assumed it was because of all his wonderful photos . its only a few extra seconds though .

Sure it's just a few seconds but I dont think it use to be l like that so I guess something has changed. Only mentioned it as it might help Steve, not complaining as such.

Yeah about a week ago. It isn’t a case of fast or slow internet I just can’t log on at all using WiFi

I can give you my answer to your problem.....cos I had the same problem, I thought I’d been band by my IP address, as I could not log on, not even access the page... so I went to a vpn site, bingo I could see the site, but why could I log in “as I thought I’d been banded....? so I rebooted me router while unplugged then plugged it in and had to reboot again. As I could not see foook all of any web page. Then it all worked again,,, including Arbtalk ???

  • Thanks 1
