Storm felled Tree with TPO

Recommended Posts

Where in Scotland Scott? The TOs on the east coast all seem very reasonable and would allow that to be dealt with if you email photos.

Forgive me if I've misunderstood you!

Ahhhh, I've just noticed I said there is 'not' a dead exception. My brain told my fingers to type 'now' and it somehow came out as 'not'. Sorry for the confusion. There is of course a 'dead' exception in England.

Yeah it was dealt with by email photos IMG_1538251473.248892.jpg
Just not clear from any written info what can and can’t be done.

Just as a matter of professional interest, did the Council ask for replacement planting?

No replacement was mentioned, so I asked the owner and he also said no.
It wasn’t a specific TPO on one tree, it was an old country house with wooded grounds that now has 2 new streets built in the grounds. The whole area is covered by a TPO.
