That was a short and sweet article!!! You wont stop it, it’ll just up the amount of thieving and illegal cutting down of trees and the like. How many people or authorities in all honesty, stop to ask the question “why are you chopping that tree down?” If your wearing hi-vis and have a pickup, transit or box van that half resembles a tree surgeons, gardeners, councils set up then people dont look twice. Thats the start and continuation of “the black market” as they call it. Time will tell i guess.
