Full time climber Reqd Leicestershire

Hi we are looking for a full time climber to join us on a self employed basis working 5 days per week.

Skill set anywhere between support climber level and full lead climber will be considered. 

We could cater for someone that is fully qualified but looking to make the step up to gaining more time in the trees.  However, a good back ground in the industry would be required.  Recently trained would be considered but there would be likely a period of development with the basics to give a good foundation within the industry.

If fully experienced then you will be working with full ground staff so emphasis will be on the technical elements during the day.  We are looking for someone to work as part of the team so if the climbing is complete then we would expect the right person to muck in with clear up etc.

We undertake a full range of tree work with 70% in domestic situations which range form large technical takedowns and full clearance work to shearing hedges although the latter is relatively minimal.

Day rate would be between £100 - £150 per day depending on experience and skill set.

If you are capable of undertaking foreman type responsibilities then a higher rate may be considered.

We would consider switching to a full time role for the right candidate after 6mths.

Looks like there maybe an option for a 2 day per week slot Mon-Tues or Thurs-Fri

Sorry forgot to say the 2 days would be as well as a 5 day a week slot all year round, which would suit a less experienced climber or fully experienced.

Would also like to add that if you are a very experienced climber and looking for slowing down a touch and developing others.  I could work with 5 or  4 days a week Mon, Tues and Thurs, Fri.  Potential for development into quoting work.  Day rate would be negotiable.
