Got a swift reply as below at today rate it is £317 delivered plus £20 for the transformer

I have sent several of the Lichtenberg Figure Wood Burners to the UK. I ship the burners via USPS Priority Mail and it normally takes around 6 days for arrival.  I ship the burners the same day or the next business day on receipt of the order.  The cost of the burner is $299.00 (USD) and the shipping is $106.00 (USD).  You may order the burner through the website www.conestogaworks.com . Please be aware that the burner operates on 120 volts and will require a step-down transformer.  The majority of my European customers purchase the step-down transformers locally or through e-bay.  I recommend a minimum of 500 watts to ensure a safe margin of power. This is an example of the transformer available to you via eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Step-Down-Up-Transformer-230V-110V-AC-UK-to-US-Voltage-Converter-500W-1KW-AX/222928070807?hash=item33e78c6897:m:mmIRzIbzlpu1NT9p4yriJVg.  You can also purchase the transformer locally from any electrical supply.

I have attached several documents for your review.  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Best regards,

seriously cool looking. Be safe though, that pattern wouldn't look so good on your forearms!

Thanks Conor.. I've done more to the Middle today, but am letting it dry before sanding it after work 2mrw.

Am always thinking of how to make it 'safer' & if any,, 'safer operator usage' ..

Think my variation of ppe & pair of lil upgrades helped with that today,, Don't feel like I'm buzzing or itchy skin after same amount of time using it, as I did the other day.

I've definitely sussed how to get deeper/shallower burns from Steel Nails now though.
