Bawden Tree Care, an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor, has an exciting vacancy for a motivated, organised and dynamic Tree Care Manager. 

The successful candidate will run and develop our small but busy tree surgery department, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards whilst being able to plan and monitor work through to completion. 

The role demands excellent organisational skills, good time management, exceptional communication skills and administrative abilities. Meeting with customers and clients, pricing and tendering, offering advice and guidance on all aspects of tree care and maintenance, there is need to be flexible and professional to ensure that a high standard of customer service is delivered each and every time. 
Bawden Tree Care receives enquiries from a wide range of customers, including residential and commercial clients, local authorities and facility managers, and undertakes contractual work for some larger land owners. The business is seeking to develop the range of services offered to these customers organically to include those related to ecology and the environment.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Certificate in Arboriculture as a minimum with at least two years’ previous management experience and a full driving licence. Good tree identification and disease knowledge are also essential, as is knowledge and understanding of BS3998. Tree surveying qualifications and experience would be an advantage as would a workplace understanding of IT and technology. 

This is a full time position with competitive salary, profit-related bonus, company vehicle and progressive holiday allowance starting at 28 days including Bank Holidays.
