Hi all just hired an old eco 1623 greenmech turn key and I get batt on dash. There's no isolator key but presuming it's on as the system has power? What can cause the batt message on dash. Place closed and need to be away in morning before they open!

Hi Carl , if you get that message as soon as you turn the ignition on then I would try a set of jump leads on the battery.. it could be just a flat battery.

If this doesn't work then check the condition and tightness of the battery terminals and follow the battery leads and check they are tight at the starter motor and engine leg..

Also worth checking the fuses are tight in their in line holders.

If you get the batt message when trying to crank then it's most likely a jammed flywheel..

Jase..

Hi Jase, thanks for the help. Tried cleaning flywheel as there was abit of chip round blades. Flywheel turns free. Battery terminals are tight all be it leads abit corroded. Waiting on my dad to pop a jump pack round. Are we good to use this with anti stress etc?
