Thanks everyone bit lost in the calculations, trying to get my head around air density cubic meter etc, the trailer is 900mm high, I try stack it as tight as possible for resale value. I know the trailer internal volume is 3.24m2, I’m just trying to make sure I don’t go over my gcm

I'm going with just under 2 ton if it's tightly stacked and fresh. 1.8cube loose fresh is around a ton from what I've experienced.

An IBC mounded up with wet beech comes in around 600 kg so you have around twice that plus its neatly stacked. Wet I would go for 1500 kg

I have a similar sized trailer with slightly higher sides and the gross weight (trailer plus load) approaches 2 tonnes

It's one of the heavier dense hardwoods we have over here. Can be over 1000kg for a solid cubic meter.

I love these threads people stabbing in the dark with different formulas to work out weight.

Just stick it on a weigh bridge or weigh 3 to 4 logs on some scales then count how many you stack will give you a better idea then formulas.
