That is not a wheelbarrow...

 

Wheelbarrow, noun;

  1. a small cart with a single wheel at the front and two supporting legs and two handles at the rear, used typically for carrying loads in building work or gardening.

But a dumpy bag fulled on top of a proper wheelbarrow can carry loads more for the lighter large volume stuff like grass mowings leaves & hedge clippings.

 

Its like a single wheeled sack trolley better for moving heavy stuff like boulders  & large tree rootballs etc, but normal a sack trolley will also do that.

 

So its niche is heavy loose stuff gravel i suppose but tipping gravel etc from a normal wheel barrow is easier than empting that I reckon.
