Purely looking at the pics, I reckon you could easily rope that back over the fence without issue.

Just make sure your knots are good, collect the money and get the ladders for free.

You could, but train drivers get very excited when they see people up trees near lines (and I think that they decide when near is too near, not you). A visit from the transport police will slow your day down rapidly.9_9

The job could be done in a day, but the risk of fines if something went wrong doesn't make it worthwhile. The client wants the ladders out the tree anyway so might get some free ladders if nothing else. I will give her a ring and see what she thinks.

Honestly you could have that stuff over the fence back inside the garden in 10/15 minutes tops.

There’s always ‘what ifs’ but by the time they came round you’d be inside the correct ‘airspace’

It is not a difficult job, just the potential shstorm if a driver calls it in. The other issue are the remaining tops above. That right hand stem has decay, and would need taken down too, right above the line, right in sight of train drivers!

I'm not saying that you couldn't do it, just warning anyone that's thinking of doing something like that. You pay your money and make your own choices.
