keeps calling the MDF a wood which it isn't then thinks that the formulation for making MDF is using a resin and then burns the stuff releasing formaldehyde into the air which he no doubt inhaled. on top of that he did it inside his own house.

It looks like he is using HDF (=hardboard), which is just wood fibres and resin.

Around £400 due to VAT and customs which I didn't allow for, expensive but a well made bit of kit that does a great job as safely as possible.
