I'm thinking of purchasing a second set of spikes, i have the Stein X2's which are fine apart from the "sticky outy" calf wrap pads. I have my eye on the Distel Ally Gecko's, how do lads find them? Thoughts, opinions and feedback please. Thanks in advance.

I have a set of ally geckos here that i bought new in december, i cant get on with them, used about 4-5 times, will be selling them when i get the chance.... be £190.00 posted.

I'd also be interested, long or short gaffs? Velcro or leather straps?

Got a set of carbon geckos and have done whole days on them chogging stems down and my back was the only thing aching afterwards. Best spikes I have ever owned and would not look at anything else. Also they have lasted a fair old while with no signs of giving up yet 10/10. The ally ones are almost as good but not as cool looking.

Alloy geckos are velcro top pads and leather straps for bottom. Just std gaff size with them.

Skyhuck supposed to be having them but havent had any contact yet. Will be in touch with other interested parties soon if Skyhuck doesnt want them. Cheers
