Shameless Plug.

BBC1 Songs of praise are doing a "Tree of Life" episode this coming Sunday.

I was asked to share my story out of drug addiction and about my faith and how I got qualified as a tree surgeon/climber.

The BBC spent the day with us filming an oak dismantle and fell and looking at the work of Betel UK where people who want help breaking free from addiction.

Our bit will be about 4 mins long.

Despite several decades of trying to avoid Songs Of Praise on a Sunday, I'll try and watch this. For various reasons, I'm really interested in your story and how you've done so well in changing the direction of your life.
