Even at 350g heavier? That's no small amount.

Time will tell but the extra weight doesnt fell that much in the hand even though as butters mentions it is bigger than the echo.

Lots of people are put off from buying the echo due to the looks, the brand and that it is quite delicate, so if the husky performs as well and is more robust which it looks and feels like then it will do well. If we were still doing the tree work I (well more than likely Barry) would of given one a try out but they cost too much to send one out as a demo machine unfortunately.

Have only sold a few online so no feedback from those customers yet but plenty of shop customers are interested in buying once  work picks up a bit.

Perhaps they're still trying to start them...

Anyone swapped the tiny bar on the t525 to something more convenient yet

We should have some of the 1/4 .043 bars for this Husky - would be great if someone could double check the Stihl 1/4 .043 chain travels smoothly around the Husky 1/4 drive sprocket (but if it is driving 1/4 .050 it should do).

In fact we will have dedicated 10" bars running the 1/4 .043 - one for this Husky and the 536Li/Stihl 150T/Echo2511 all taking 56 drive links of the Stihl 3670-71PM3 1/4 .043 chain (but all different bars particular to that saw).

Had enough of all the different drive link counts and this chain not fitting on this bar hence we have got these made somewhere else... hope they are good!

Look forward to these arriving. How will they compare in price/quality to the stihl ones?

The little Panthers seem better - nose sprocket seems better fitting tolerance and they seem a little stiffer - but really only time will tell. I've been using one on an Echo 2511and seems fine.
