Crane for 7.2t tipper

Hello,

 I don't seem to have much luck navigating or deciphering the info on the web.

Looking for information on lightweight truck cranes mounted behind cab, weights, prices, specs etc.

have an atlas on my 3.5 tonner.  lift 2 ton close in and a jumbo bag full boom. 

 

they were cheaper than hiab and palfinger. Runs of 12v motor as my tipper in an auto, but pto definately better.

 Off the top of your head, how much room would a small crane require?

All crane manufacturer's have size and weight specs on their  websites .Id be looking  at effer palfinger pm atlas copma ferrari hmf and hiab etc for details

18" should be enough. Dont go to tight to the cab  , only takes a hapless oppo to tug on the wrong lever and you will get a bruised cab.There are plenty of these

mine is about 15" wide, its as tight to the cab as possible.

I can help,it all depends on how much weight you want to lift at what distance form the base of the crane.

Obviously there's a limit relating to the payload of the vehicle.

We have a light weight low width crane that will be ideal for this.
