That's why you shouldn't keep your money online.  There'll always be bank robbers.

They do say don't store you crypto money on the exchanges - but it's easier said than done - so much handier to have it on there. But best to take off and put in a wallet each time.

Looks like a significant drop, probably a lot of speculative buyers, after its listing on futures,  dumping stock for a quick buck but there is nothing like falling prices to make people still sitting on substantial gains to consolidate them in to £££ before the bottom falls out completely. There may be a further plummet before Christmas.

I guess anyone purchasing at $1,000 - $5,000 may take the view they have missed the peak price and sell knowing they have made good money and some sticking it out thinking that the price will rise again.

The biggest issue is that this is a first in this market - the stock market has been there time and time again and the listed companies still have viable asset value even after a crash - not so sure in the Bitcoin Markets!

How the Bitcoin value changes and how fast it recovers will define this market for a long time to come!

I'd say the new futures listing combined with not as much new money going into the system has caused the massive drops in the last few days. I really do see it as a pyramid scheme more I hear about it. Its literally a computer code that you sell to someone else and people think its worth £10k + ?

Saw this vid as well, and conmen can see a con a way off..

it will definitely crash at some point, but the very fact that the crypto markets have attracted a different kind of investor means that how or when the crash comes will be hard to predict.

Its bouncing back quite nicely now. who knows whats next?
