HUSKY 580BTS OR STIHL BR700 MAGNUM

Evening all,

Pondering about which one of these blowers to buy.Havent had great success with 4 mix engines but know nothing of the Husky model.Any nuggets of wisdom greatly appreciated.

580 is a standard 2 stroke engine and  far more reliable. The trigger is mounted on the side of the pipe so when you give it full throttle your hand doesn’t lift like it does on the stihl which is mounted directly on top of the tube. The 580 may still be the most powerful on the market it was at one point would need to check the spec. I have one it’s excellent. You can clear a big area very quickly
