I wouldn’t waste your time calling them I called for my renewal and got told I’m not an arb company and that I have to take out employees liability as well. Needless to say I’ve never dealt with them again and get a far nicer service from arborisk

I've been with NFU for a few years now. Last year I had the chipbox stolen off my landy 130. Took me a year to get a payout....useless. I recently tried to add my sons Suzuki Jimny as a pricing up vehicle...they quoted mr £12k!🤣
I won't be renewing [emoji107]

It seems to me that if NFU won't insure working at height, then quite a few activities on conventional farms aren't covered, either. Stacks of straw bales, anyone? Or covering a silage clamp. Even routine maintenance on the cowshed roof is out. I wonder if this is an issue with farmers; does anyone know one they can ask?
