Cutting Fallen trees from public footpaths?

Many local footpaths are impassible 10ft hight bramble or blackthorn thickets etc

 

You'd need a carry a chainsaw or machette to have a chance of getting through some sections and a thick skin to ignore the farmers abuse/threatening behaviours if you did try.

 

Since there not council bugdet to maintain many just got overgrown & fenced off.

Please report obstructions and intimidation to the Ramblers else nothing will be done about it.
