Ive had these sat doing nothing for many years, and just wondered if anyone on here was interested in them, before I put them on ebay . One was running fine when last used; the other is a non runner, and I was told it needed a new ignition coil, but I have never looked into it.

Just wanted to add a couple of pics of the non-runner. Unfortunately the clutch drum/ sprocket is missing (as well as the exhaust). There is also some chipping of the edge of the chain cover, and the patch near the plug looks non-standard.

Asking price is £100 for the two plus postage at cost.  We are East Yorks.

HuntingHicap has first dibs.

P.S. Ive weighed one of these things and its just shy of 12.5kg, so not a saw for girls:D

If I remember right that was standard in CT, although when I last used our one, it was about 35 years ago!

I cannot remember about the patch and I last used one around 1976 and was grateful when the 084 became the big saw. The CT was standard for large hardwoods, at the time I think only the homelite with 42" bar was an alternative.

Martyn

The other saw doesn't have it, but is slightly different in other respects i.e the Dolmar logo is cast as part of the case on one, but applied on the other.
