Staff holidays, taking too many..

37.5 days per year - take bank hols etc whenever. fixed 7.5 at xmas 

 

unpaid leave in 21 years same place never heard of anyone need.

 

no overtime pay so any hrs worked extra claimed back as toil so thats a blessing and curse.

 

Struggle to take all leave, having next week off just to use days.

 

So i would say unpaid extra is totally at employers say so.

 

This is based on a team of 6 full time and another 3 part time

and a week at Easter 
and by the way was it you driving your landy a few Fridays ago trying to get round the roundabout at Wetherby and having to mount the path as to lack of lock on the steering 

Not been to Wetherby for a long time so not guilty but it sounds about right for a landy

Can’t remember Dave to be honest but probably was, not the landys fault, they just make roundabouts too small these days [emoji23]
