Service Leavers - Who did you train with and How did it go...

Recommended Posts

Exactly as the title,

I am looking at booking courses and weighing up several providers,

wondering if anyone can share some wisdom and there experiences?

Leaving the forces seams a daunting prospect some times,

Just want to make the right moves.

Cheers, HH

Alright matey, I left the RN last year and I trained with TKF training in holmfirth west York's,. Best thing I did. Got ressetlement to pay for the majority of the course and accommodation so not bad. It's hard graft but I really enjoy it.

I can't recommend @LynherTraining highly enough, I've been training with them for about a year.  A large part of it depends on where you are based though mate.

On the wider subject of getting out, make sure you have a reason to leave and not just a reason to not stay.. if that makes sense. Too many blokes getting out these days because it's shit, I'm happy to chat offline about Army-to-Arb if you like as I'm still in the process.

Either way good luck (Y)

I can second that. I've done my 1st years training with Lynher. They deal a lot with service leavers and ELCAS
