Desperate need for a flail near Frome

I have a job to flail a wildflower meadow (I know this isn't the correct procedure but this is the spec) this September.

I was intending to hire a ped flail and do it myself (would take about a day and a half) but I have been let down and being the time of year that it is I cannot get hold of one. Is there anyone near there that has a flail that they'd either be willing to hire to me or do themselves? Ideally a compact with a flail would be able to do this in a half day to a short day (access no bother at all) There are only two thick sections of meadow most of it is thin.

Would only need cutting once and no collection no strimming (ill do it myself)

I saw this thread a while back and I  am going to be in a similar situation next autumn. (I know it's a year away but like to make contacts etc early on)...

The meadow is 1/4 of an acre and access is reasonable. The spec is to cut and collect. Ideally a scythe type machine but I guess a rotary would not brake up the flowers too much so most of it can still be collected?

The meadow is near Warminster, Wiltshire if anyone is interested?
