I've got their 52cc strimmer, as it was only a little more expensive than getting my old non-running Stihl looked at!

 

It's good, for the money can't fault it (though I only use it for private use, probably a couple of hours so far). It is heavy though - but OK with the harness. A bit thirsty too, but the blade (straight not mulching) chops through everything I've asked it to (grass, brambles, bracken, scrub...). The strimmer line head is a pain to refill, so I gave up and just use the blade. Never phoned them, but they're quite responsive via email.

 

I asked about the engines and if they were Loncin or similar, and apparently they make their own. I think the whole thing is UK made, or at least UK assembled, and they keep spare parts in stock. I have their trolley jack too, and that's done a good job so far.
