Hi Guys, i've got a 545rxt have been cutting for the last 2 days with it and i can't feel the end of my trigger finger, i'm assuming something is wrong with my av system. I've checked all the mounts and can't see anything broken or obviously worn, but my fingers reckon there is any ideas...

How many hours were you using the machine for? What cutting equipment have you had fitted? Were you using the machine flat out? This isn't normal if you are using the machine flat out with suitable cutting equipment. If your using it for trimming work and many people do and you are only using part throttle most of the time then the vibration through the machine is always higher. They are designed to run flat out. If that's what your doing then I would suggest a looking deeper into it. How old is the machine?

The cutter is less than 2 years old hasn't been used hard for about 8 months. I've been using a metal triblade which looks in pretty good nick. Was using it for 6 hrs each day which I have done before with no ill effects.  Was cutting tall reeds so was on full bore thru each sweep with a slight throttle off at end of each h sweep. I'm mainly concerned as I've just got a contract to do a month of cutting don't really wanna ruin my nerves... guess I'll have to bite the bullet and get it vib tested

I would make sure the blade is blanaced and support cup and protection plate  are damage free before spending money. Be worth taking them off and re mounting. It may also just want fine tuning a lot of vibration can be tuned out. They are set from factory for a line head.
