Same locks, (which are great) 500quid more, but painted, dunno if mine was extra to have painted, 1 year warranty opposed to 10 year frame warranty (whatever that means!)

 

Certainly looks the part!

 

I diddnt want one either to be honest Steve, but found that the mountain top held enough kit just for me, when staff got their stuff in its a squeeze. Looked at the Ifor, and Samson tops, but they looked to farmer like. was going to get a plastic one, Alpha GTE, or Eko but others here who have them (staff using, so quite heavy handed) were shagged after a few years, then a mate got one of these alu-cab bush tech ones and i ordered one the next day!

A lot of the flashy tops just look crap, and like you say some of them on the flip end of the scale look to farm like. At least these ones still look like a truck

I wouldn't touch a truckman.... Its only 2 years old and it's awful. Poor quality, leaks, everything breaks, and the fibreglass is cracking all over it.

I have had a truckman on my Hilux since new. 18months now, still looks like new and still performs like new. Apart from a squeaky door, its great.

the 4x4 company called ARB ones are decent don't know cost though, have a look on shooting groups / forums as there usually come up for sale, but think your going to struggle for a secondhand one with the truck model being so new so the speak. also try the nissan navara snapped chassis groupe on facebook aswell just incase as a few guys on there work in breakers yards/ insurance wrighte of yards so may know of one

checked out the arb ones, didn't see anything I liked really.

 

Its between the one Josh posted and the one I posted at the moment. Do I want to spend the extra just for a flash coat of paint, thats the question
