Unimog front mounted chipper too low!

Bought a Jensen front mounted chipper the other day. Din plate fitted on Mog and attached the chipper. Ended up with a ground clearance of less than 6"!!!

So.... if I update the front springs will this cure the problem or is my u1250 not "man" enough?

TBH I'm gutted s wanted to put a trailer on the back with a small hiab on the 3 point linkage also.

If it can be fixed I've been offered a ducker which shouldn't stick out as far as the Jensen does!

Oh the joys! Lol

I've a great tp200 at present so am I best leaving the chipper on the back and come up with another idea?!

Thank you gents

What's it like with some weight in the back? Our ducker200 is a bit low on the front when the back is empty and no weights. But it's not as bad as 6". I have been thinking about upgrading to a schleising, but it's a lot of money.

Would you be interested in the ducker?

Our Greenmech is still for sale Jonny! Just been refurbished too.. weighs 850kg

I think it would ride quite high, especially if you removed the legs! Plenty of power to blow the chip over the roof and the spout would be on the correct offset. [emoji106]. Just throwing it out there, mate.
