I was just looking for some feedback from any users of the Echo rotary blade head.

It looks like a really good bit of kit although it is going to cost around £250 so I was just wondering if there is a market to start stocking them. Looks fairly unique to me.

Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Been told they were designed for working around greenhouses, would imaging if you hit a stone that would be £250 down the drain:001_tt2:

Not unique. This Maruyama landscape blade has been around for a while. Not got one yet. But have tried one and they work well.

Take it you have never hit anything hard with a hedge cutter? :001_tt2:

Dont worry, after twenty years of doing tree work, mainly domestic I have done my fair share of hedge cutting. Hit plenty of barb wire, metal fences and supports over the years. :blushing: From the videos though it looks as though stones and concrete walls dont seem to be a problem, although it sounds like you had a few issues using them. Did you find they just blunted or was it mainly damage to the rotary scissor blades?

Looks good, cheers for the link and information. :thumbup1: Was it on a Maruyama machine or did you have the head fitted to another brand of machine?

Hoping they will fit Stihl or Husky brushcutters too as that would open the market quite a lot.
