Tajfun 400 guide bar options?

Is it possible to fit any other make of bar on a Tajfun 400? Currently using the standard 17" pro-lite bars and I'm finding that I have to dress the bar before I sharpen the chain!

Would like to put a solid Sugi-hara on it but there is no 17" available. I've heard talk that there is a mod to allow you to fit an 18" bar on instead?

Solid 18" bar with 68 DL will fit without modifications. I have customers that use 18" Iggesund Forest bars on Tajfun machines.

Oh right, excellent, that's nice and easy!

Where would one source an iggesund forest bar from?

I'm not sure where you can get them in the UK, but you can try contacting Iggesund Forest directly. alternatively you can get one from me if you can't find a source in the UK.

Could you PM me a price please? Even if it's just so I have a general idea of the price?
