I'm hoping that someone can shed some light on this issue.

I've been climbing with the spiderjack 2.1 for just over 6 months now.

Having taken it apart for a good clean, I've noticed there's a crack at the bottom end where the pin fits.

The picture may help [emoji51]

I've ordered a new one. But is 6 months the expected life span of a cam???

The expected life span of your cam is 6months.

I know those whose lifespan is as little as 2 months or less, it's a wear item after all.
