The weather forecast is for light to moderate rain on Friday, and dry Saturday, temperatures feeling about the 13degree level. If you are coming to the show, pack a waterproof, just to be on the safe side.

I will be around and about at the show. Lantra can be found at T19 if you want to talk training, or just say 'Hello".

Come to the Workware stand C14-15 and see for yourself

Simarghu – Simarghu

I'll bring my pair of sips that are lovely and light and comfy but have split the zip and crotch stitching after less than a year of not even wearing them everyday and you can swap them for a new pair

Who's going to the Arb Show. Me. First time as well, (for good reason).

Camping Friday night, maybe stay Saturday night as well, just not decided yet. Long way to travel.

Maybe the AA should employ a geographer. The north, and I mean the north, doesn't start at Watford Gap and end at Birmingham, beyond which are uncharted lands and be monsters.

Come on, move it around a bit, the same as you, the AA, do the conference, not! You're supposedly a national organisation.

Hi Edward,

Unfortunately the ARB Show is unlikely to be moving from Westonbirt anytime soon, sorry :001_huh: However, hopefully the draw of visiting The National Arboretum at the same time will compensate...at least a little.

A big issue here for the Association is one of logistics and resource. Believe it or not the show "build up" started middle of last week and hence the fact that 'most' AA staff are within 30-40mins drive of Westonbirt it makes it much more accessible and thereby viable as a venue.

Conference, is another story, with more to follow in due course.

The Association aims to be more active "up norf" delivering training and seminars but the reality is still that some are cancelled due to lack of take up...hopefully this will change in the future.

Should you feel inclined to "rattle anybody's cage" about this at the show, aim for Stewart (CEO) and/or Simon Richmond (Training & Events Manager)...PHEW :001_rolleyes:

Anything to do with accreditations, i.e. ARB Approved Contractor of AA Registered Consultant = "poke me!" :thumbup1:

Thanks for the post and hope you have a great, great show..

Paul
