Salary: £31,200 - £33,800 Dependant on skills and competencies

Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus public holidays.

City Suburban Tree Surgeons Limited is seeking an experienced Arboricultural Contract Manager to manage one or more contracts, maintaining quality and productivity to the required industry standards and contract specifications.

 

The role will require knowledge in all aspects of arboricultural practices, management and maintenance techniques, including current legislation with the ability to survey and assess condition of trees and make appropriate treatment recommendations.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years industry related experience with at least one year managing arboricultural operations, and will hold an N.D. Arb or equivalent Level 3 qualification in addition to NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38 and CS39 and a valid UK driving licence.

 

We are looking for a self motivated individual with good leadership, communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise workloads to meet conflicting deadlines. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) is required and experience of monitoring and analysing financial information would be an advantage.

 

You will be responsible for the management and development of all staff allocated to the contract(s), maintaining staff disciplinary standards, work performance and attendance through company procedures, planning and utilising plant, machinery and transport in an efficient and cost effective way as well as all aspects of contract administration.

 

Emergency cover (rota) out of normal working hours may be required.
