Been giving my Triumph Stag a service. The 3.0ltr Triumph V8 engine still one of the best sounding V8s.

I am slightly biased though [emoji23]

When I was about 16 ( apprentice ) my mate had one . He got it nicked coz he needed the money ! . Was nice though :001_smile:

John do you remember the Rover gas turbine in what I suppose was the Rover 70 or 80 body ? Had that central spot light in front of the grill .

I presume that engine was derived from Frank Whittles jet that the government asked Rover to develop instead of Rolls .[emoji35]
