I thought I was 80KG, I was 12stone 7pounds for years, but I weighed my self today and was 87KG, I have clearly put on a little middle aged spread

140 psi Right and 135 psi left according to the machine the chriopractor tested me on yesterdY - coincedence! Apparently the average for a 30 year old male (me) is 121 psi in both. I've no idea how this relates to kg on bathroom scales but as i dont own any this is the only measurement i've got I imagine by 'average' they mean some pencil pusher?!

bathroom scales only measure pinch grip. You have one hand grip / tight hand grip / thumb and index grip also.

 

Rock climbers will have good pinch grip...but prob could't close Captain crush gripper number 1.

 

Heavy dead lifters will prob have good crush grip.
