Hi~ Am a subbie groundie and issue a basic invoice for work done. People have mentioned I have no terms on invoice which they say could cause problems. Is there a basic template I could use, or what do others put. Payment after * days, charges after late payment etc? Hope someone can help.

Thanks Andy :001_smile:

I don't have T&C's on an invoice, if your working for other companies and invoice them most will pay on a set day of the week, you may have to case a few up but I've always been paid.

If I'm doing one of my own jobs I put basic T&C's on my quote and point customers to my full T&C's on my website.

As Felix has said it's 'after the fact' and you can't really enforce anything that late in to a contract.
