Guying a big log

Well you learn somethin every day.... never would of thought of doin that!!!....


Well, maybe I would of thought of doin that, but I think I'd of had about fifty ropes tied to the tree before I got round to choppin it down LOL's...

I've done that once or twice myself, but always with a niggling suspicion that there are some very high shock loads involved (much too complicated to even attempt to calculate) and everything could very quickly go big time bad:biggrin:



But it's very satisfying when the plan works as intended:thumbup1::thumbup1:
