The picture I put up for sure is not a great reduction, the tree was quite close to the house, had a considerable cavitiy near the base. They didn't want to lose the tree so this was 'the compromise' and by no means an example of a good reduction. I thought that's what this thread was about[emoji28]

If you use the reference of the conifers on right in the first 2 individual photos you can see the difference. I agree it's harder to see in the other photos, but plenty of brash came off and the client was so pleased we all got £20 tips !!!
