Don't like hung meat,much prefer it fresh.

My first taste of pheasant was fresh,absolutely delicious.Had some years later that had been hung,spat it out!Horrible stuff.

Not a fan of green pheasant either. That's how they used to eat them round here.

I like my meat tender , so I hang deer for a bit.

... I have no use for the skins Bluebedouin! If you want the skins you are welcome to come and take them off if I shoot any more lol.

If I was close enough to you to come & skin them,I'd have been there like a shot (pun intended) to help you at the outset.My wife has been a wheelchair user for over 20 years so dealing with that is nothing new to me.

If you seriously have no use for them I'd be happy to buy them from you.(Dependent on price!)

I'm the same mate.

 

Had Sika for the first time last weekend, it was served pretty pinky (it was in a posh restaurant) but I really enjoyed it.
