A bit of landscaping around a new tennis court, had to lose the clay spoils from the court build and import a few hundred tons of top soil to cover it. Will be seeding this and there is a planting scheme but for the moment we are just getting all the gear in before it gets too wet.

That’s a bit of kit and some! Can you hire those from anywhere? Would have saved me 2 weeks of trying to become a shaolin monk this year..

Nothing fancy here, just scraping up the mush and a few loads of crushed with fines in a loading area.

Another small road just started through a RPZ , will be using the protector web as on the first page here. This one needs to support STGO`s so could see trucks north of 60 tons drive over it.

Rain held off long enough for the concrete in the entrance to set.

Was this an existing road access or a new one?

Just wondering about the hoops you'd have jump through with the HA to get a new one

For a new access, then you would need a section 184 license for the access and possibly a s. 171 license for the works on the highway verge. It might be that the highway authority uses a s. 278 license instead. If it's a classified road then it will probably want planning permission.

The highway authority will probably want the access building to an agreed spec. It's likely to want to be a commercial spec access due to using vehicles larger than a domestic car.

I used to do a fair bit of stuff with vehicle accesses. Happy to try to help out if you want?
