Yes, the clone exhaust and cover should fit nicely on the genuine Echo saw. I did not swap the exhaust as I did not want to disturb the original... I'd expect the clone cover to melt if tried with the original exhaust, as the original is open at the bottom, to allow the gas out. If you had wanted to use the original cover on a clone exhaust, the cover would need modifying, not sure why anyone might want to but since I had it off, I tried it. While I was there, the clone has felt slightly low on power. Checked the plug and its been running rich. I've never touched the carb, so probably needs a slight adjustement.

Top 10 most popular wood-burning and multifuel stoves
openspaceman replied to BowlandStoves's topic in General chat
Not so with mine, it exhausts into a concrete lined brick chimney, good draw and no noticeable smoke into room. The uninsulated chimney acts as a storage heater when the stove is lit all the time, radiating heat into the room and the upstairs one 24 hours a day. -
You heard of the minimum wage.

In a video/comment he said it was ready. I think its more that if released at the same time, no one would buy the RRP. If they wait a year, the RRP buyers can buy again.

battery chainsaws are good if you're in a hurry ,have 2 good batteries(preferably charged...) and the work you're doing is not too long/hours and isn't too demanding. Otherwise I'll take the gasoline 2 stroke chainsaw anytime anyday! Now, for some years am running a Makita EA6100 but I'm "itching" for either a 70cc chainsaw or even a 390 chainsaw (395 seems good for me too 🙄 ). I like heavy things

alcoohol is for weak people 😁 on 15 november I will be celebrating 10 years since I last drank alcoohol. And it wasn't beer. P.S. beer should be free! or at least massively subsidized by ALL governments(taliban included) 😎

Primer bulb pulling air but not the usual suspects.
Muddy42 replied to jarrick's topic in Maintenance help
As above are you sure the primer is connected the right way? Its short line from (normally the top of the) carb, long line returning to the fuel tank. The fuel line goes from the fuel tank to the bottom of the carb. If the lines are clear, you should see where the bubbles start from? Are you sure the carb was assembled in the correct way? If any of the diaphragms ripped, it could benefit from a carb kit. You can pressure test a carb, but do it gently to avoid breaking stuff. You don't need a pressure tester for this, if you blow with your mouth on the fuel line you get an idea if the pressure is dropping. -
@Mark_Skyland did you manage to sort the issue out?
