  1. Past hour
  2. Loose ends Blagger. You don't have a leg to stand on, again. Is the NHS failing because of illegal immigrants? Yes or No. For such a rabid advocate of straight talking you've gone uncharacteristically as coy as a Carp, so I think you must have seen sense after all. I could keep asking this question for months, and months, and months.............. and maybe years, until everyone is bored witless. I fear I'd look like a proper nutjob lunatic though.
  3. The problem is once the damage is done, its basically irreversible. Its not like they are going to knock down a wall or fence that can easily be replaced. Tough situation, I dunno what the answer is. Its not like they can threaten prison time if he cuts their tree to bits, it may be a fine and that might not be deterrent depending on how many dollars he has.
  4. It might be a good idea to install a couple of trail cameras on your property, placed at strategic points but not obvious to any potential trespassers intent on tree damage, could prove useful at a later date.
  5. Now that, is a collection of saws! 👍
  6. Don’t, just don’t 😂
  7. Today
  8. At the sensible suggestion of a fellow member,[thanks, you know who you are] this is the place to post those saws ya'll have either tucked away, or being used to pay the bills, all welcome, saw related stuff only please. ok lets give a shot. here's most of mine, I can do more pics of individual saws if need be.
  9. You never actually answered did you, do any of these South African buddies you know look like South Africans? A quick pic to remind you want South Africans look like.
  10. That’s the bones of it.
  11. well spotted professor
  12. I suspect Mick is making a point about double standards, mega quick to shout out "anonymous"... and yet... who are you? As anonymous as anyone else on the forum.
  13. Probably have a point with Great British Energy, it is too expensive I reckon for the government to buy back the utilities, so have to do something else. I reckon the only option is a start up and build market share. Can do that with electricity or gas sales, would be just like E.On, UU or Scottish Power, each with an electrical generation division and an electrical / gas retail division. Gas and Electrical transmission would be trickier (big gas pipes and electrical pylons) - they are owned by National Grid and the 'space' the electricity or gas used is 'rented' from them by the retail brands. I believe National Grid charges are kind of set though (they are a monopoly), but you cannot just build a parallel system. Can do the same with BT as well - set up a Great British Phone Company. No reason Great British (whatever) cannot be operated along the lines as they are now, requiring a profit to return to the shareholders and maintaining a minimum standard - the shareholder is the government, all profits could be used to improve our lot or tax reductions (for the very wealthy of course - don't want to get carried away). Can't do that with water though, they were sold off differently - the water companies own the pipes and the systems (which is why we cannot change water suppliers), only thing to do there is a buy back.
  14. Wordle 1,492 4/6 🟨⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ ⬜🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  15. I call most things as I see them, I wasn't aware I had threatened anyone? you're the one who suddenly turned up wanting my address, and claiming others wanted it too, as you appear to be in france I see no point in giving you any details at all, however the lesson I have learnt is to simply ignore you and not allow you to succeed in annoying me any further.
  16. Same old same old. So it's just my opinion that everytime someone dissus trump you don't storm in attacking them? It's an obsession, you can't ignore it. I tell you what, how about I retract my point of you being obsessed with defending trump (because you don't directly say how great he is and everyone is lying) and replace that with you're obsessed with attacking those who say bad things about him. Is that better, is that ok with you?
  17. thank you for that, it makes much sense. I'm not used to this level of online conflict, I come from an era where you faced your accuser and reacted accordingly. simply put, "the way I look is down to me,, my attitude is down to those around me".
  18. 😂😂😂 You’ll see Oldfeller even when I take a sabbatical, there’s some on here can’t help themselves, tbh it’s an amusing pass tone for often long days on the panel.
  19. 😂😂😂😂 You see this is why they didn’t like you in the Cotswolds 🤷‍♂️
  20. Why do you continue to insist on asking about saws in threads that are either about potus (president of the united states!) or the current news? There are whole threads and sections of this website dedicated to saws and other equipment where those questions are much more likely to be answered, you could even use the search function if there's a particular saw you'd like to chat about. In all likelihood most on here do or did much of their work with saws, or have an interest in trees and that's what brought them here in the first place. But much like other "industry" related forums, much of the bandwidth of the forum (too much in reality with all the bickering) is used up by people talking about other stuff. Again, as with many other places on the internet, there are always a few loudmouths who like to show off, boast, have a debate, pick a row, play devil's advocate or just shout down anyone that they disagree with, and again there will always be those who push back against them. With the current political situation, society is massively divided and those on either side have moved further and further apart and feelings are strong on both sides in terms of the passion they have for their viewpoint and the dislike they have for the other. As for meeting each other and saying the same thing face to face. Some love an argument anywhere they can find one, in real life or online and have probably got into a few scrapes because of it. Many others aren't keen on conflict and physical confrontation in real life and would probably do their best to avoid the loudmouthed agressors in the first place (does that make them a coward?) which is generally quite easy as they can usually be spotted (or heard) a mile away, gobbing off about one thing or another.
  21. Shouldn’t that be TSS
  22. Do we have an identity for you Gareth? You may have said but I missed it.
  23. Who are you? And where are you? Seems like a simple question. You regularly call people Cnuts and threaten violence but seem happy to hide away behind your keyboard.
  24. Jog on. You're embarrassing yourself.
  25. just as I thought more evasive questions, and no answers.
  26. FFS, if you want to send him dick pics just use private messages.
  27. Erm, TSS would be more of a lady thing.
