I have a TS 400 had from new never had any problems with it till now, when I get it to start it sucks that much fuel into the carb it flood's and dies but continues to pull fuel into the carb and soaks filter, I'm at a loss with it,any ideas, I've changed all gaskets and diaframs, but still no good, been trying to sort for a while now, screaming inside ☹️😖 , please help!!

The only place the fuel is coming from is the carb, unless you can pressure test the carb it is a waste of time changing gaskets and diaphrams, the issue is more than likely the needle leaking, or incorrectly fitted parts in the carb.
