Big tree that sam, enjoyed the video and soundtrack 👍

Guess the crane was a time saver rather than a necessity as conventional rigging and dragging would have taken days?

Hi, yeah the tree could have been dismantled without a crane. Most off the brash was rigged off by a colleague the day before. But a crane was much more efficeint for the timber, big sections lifted straight into the timber trailer. Rather than rigging smaller section and all the associated mess, wear on rigging and having to move it f4om the ground ect ect . The Pine also had old cable braces, due to badly included unions which had split. The pine was also heaving in recent winds which had been setting of the alarm in the building bellow which was an armoury so negative rigging would not have been ideal.

Shame I ran out of battery to film the timber coming off.

Cheers

Really messy tree to wreck - good job.

Did you have any comes with the crane driver?

Hi, yeah was quite a complex crown with the pine being multi stemmed. My boss has recently bought senna's and one of the guys on the deck was talking to the driver to pre- tension and guide the sections out. We could also get quick feedback on the weight which was helpfull, made the job a lot smoother. Cheers

Really great angles...super editing...always cool to see two climbers up running things and making the job run quick and smooth...
