Cant you go direct for BTS or even apply to Fountains as i know they have some of EDF contract.
But as Dave said id ask for more dosh. |

I only see certificates of basic competence, experience is key, qaulifications/certificates are just a foundation to build upon.
If you feel your worth more money then ask for it, if they say no and your unhappy then look for another job, but don't leave untill you have that job secured. Also is the year and a half with that comapny the only experience you have? Did the company you work for put you through those courses at there expense?
