We have the glenfarrow 175 set up but really struggling to reach optimum heat in the kiln due to freezing weather conditions, filling the burner 3 times a day to keep temperature just at mid 70's as opposed to mid 80's a month or so ago. Deffinately worth while doing all your kiln drying in the summer time.

Is there scope for adding insulation? Are you having too many air changes? What sort of temperature logging do you use, FJMatt posted some which indicated he may be dumping too much warm wet air.
