Insecticide for Cypress Aphid
Not that I'm into promoting Leylandii but can anyone recommend an insecticide for Cypress Aphid (Cinara Cupressi) that is most likely causing brown patches on my bother-in-laws closely clipped hedge? Thanks.

bifenthrin (Scotts Bug Clear, Doff All-In-One Garden Pest Killer).
Note, if you mix yourself for knapsack sprayer make sure you get the dosage correct. |

Another good insecticide is Bayer Provado Ultimate Bug Killer Concentrate, you need to spray the entire hedge, and I'm sorry to say you're very unlikely to control Cypress Aphid, and its very difficult to spay right into the center of a hedge, using a conventional sprayer, and the blighters breed like crazy..
